SHIPPING:
All orders ship within 1-3 business days from Richmond, Virginia. We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx - please notify us if you have a preference. A tracking number will be sent once shipped, not responsible for carrier delays. Free local delivery for orders within Richmond City Limits.
The terms listed below are for orders placed directly with Billie Claire Handmade LLC. Orders placed via Faire are subject to Faire’s terms and conditions.
RETURNS / REPLACEMENTS: We do not accept wholesale returns. However, we are happy to make exchanges for damaged goods - please contact us via email within 5 days of receiving an order with photos of the damaged product so we can get a replacement in the mail for you!
CANCELLATIONS: Order cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing an order - please notify us as soon as possible via email.
EXCHANGES: For our Art Prints only, we are happy to exchange designs after 4 months from the item’s order date. Please contact us via phone or email to initiate an exchange.
